Thumbs up

I jsut got my creatine in. I know how to take it for the most part, but i have two small opionated questions.

One, is it nescesary(gah i cant spell)to cycle creatine.

And two, if it is nescesary to cycle, is it nescesary to have a loading phase before each cycle?

Thanks alot, Happy earth day!

Many different opinions on this. I myself cycle every now on then just to give it a rest but never load. I use 5g per day.

The answer is no to both questions. Although, if you were to cycle it, you could get up and running faster with a load week.

Yeah...that's me a couple of years ago. I don't have anything recent, and I don't have a digital camera and my SLR is busted.
