More of a luker than a poster but I'm trying to change that. I am getting married in July and would like to lose some weight. I'm 5'7" and weigh 211. I'm not sure about my bodyfat ~ 30% (bad I know!!).I was wondering if anybody had used the weightloss system that Berardi put forth "The Winning Formula".I was thinking of trying that or "Adam's Diet". Currently I have not been paying close attention to nutrition(beyond getting enough protein and not eating sugar). I currently use a program by Chad Waterbury"Big Boy Basics". I have been lifting for over a year and have gotten much stronger and have gained muscle but now I need to lose weight. I am hoping that by posting I will stay motivated to eat right. Any opinions are welcome.
