Nothing spectacular here, but here is an average day for me when I'm strict on the plan.
6:30 am Egg white omelet stuffed with veggies, Turkey bacon
10:00 am Apple and ¼ cup of walnuts
1:00 pm Roasted Turkey and Swiss on WW, 18oz frozen veggie mix and shredded cheddar (nuked)
4:00 pm Cottage cheese, blueberries and Splenda
6:30 pm PWO
7:30 pm Grilled Salmon with giant salad full of good stuff, olive oil based dressing
9:30 pm Spicy mixed nuts, or Keto icecream bar, or cottage cheese with SF syrup and walnuts, or a glass of wine
