Hey Guys!

I know this gets asked 2000 times a weeek, but i couldnt find anything useful when doing a search of the archives.

Anyways, i've always used Cell-Tech. I've never really had any problems with it, and did notice a difference when using it, but after reading the label, and comments on here and other fitness boards, i realized the amount of sugar in it is pretty absurd, and I know there has to be better options out there.

I'm ready to try something new. Anyone have any suggestions?

I saw before some posts on companies that let you choose the amount of amino acids, whey, etc in the creatine, basically creating your own, but that might be a little too hardcore for me -- I wouldnt know what to choose... although i'd love to be able to do that.

Anyone have any suggestions on what they have used and has worked?

I just go with whatever I can find the cheapest. ON or Prolab creatine is good and cheap. Just make sure whatever you buy has the Creapure logo on the bottle.

im currently taking CEX by VPX

this stuff has ZERO:

bloating, fat gain, water retention, SUGAR, carbs, and also zero calories.

its basically a six gram serving of just:

Creatine ethyl ester hcl &
Creatine alpha ketoglutarate.

you can check out VPXSPORTS.com for more of the stats.

been taking it for a while and theres no cycling off of it. in my opinion its pretty good.

i know i ve already said this in other post but if anyone has any evidence to the contrary of what this product claims i d like to hear from you guys.
