Hey Guys!
I know this gets asked 2000 times a weeek, but i couldnt find anything useful when doing a search of the archives.
Anyways, i've always used Cell-Tech. I've never really had any problems with it, and did notice a difference when using it, but after reading the label, and comments on here and other fitness boards, i realized the amount of sugar in it is pretty absurd, and I know there has to be better options out there.
I'm ready to try something new. Anyone have any suggestions?
I saw before some posts on companies that let you choose the amount of amino acids, whey, etc in the creatine, basically creating your own, but that might be a little too hardcore for me -- I wouldnt know what to choose... although i'd love to be able to do that.
Anyone have any suggestions on what they have used and has worked?
