I have been taking this supplement for about 2 1/2 months. I was taking it for a shoulder injury. My shoulder is feeling better (this may have nothing to do with the supplement, but I can't say for sure). I should add that I do not have arthritis. Do you continue to take this supplement forever like a multivitamin?

Forever. I've been taking MSM/Glucosamine for years now. I can tell the difference if I quit taking it for 3-4 weeks.

I have a question sbout this supplement also.

Should one be of a certain age before taking it? Im only 16 but have a family history of bone problems and heard this is good for them. But I've also heard that taking Glucosimine while your still growing is a bad thing.

Has anyone else heard anything like this? Or can clear this up for me.

Allright, After I did a little searching with my unprofessional search skills, this is what I found.

http://www.drshankland.com/glucos.html

I read everything in it except for the section labeled "Figure 1: Hyaluronic Acid". Just because I didnt think it was relevent to anything I cared about. But I could be wrong about that.

But anyways, the reason Im putting this link up: Is because in it he talks about how the participants in the test's age varied from 16 to 80. So I just thought Id let anyone else who cared about my question get some closure.

If noone cared. Then my bad
