Wondering what I should do for PWO nutrition on just HIIT/Core training days. I am following Adam's Diet so i want to stay within thoes guidelines.

bump, any ideas? Should i not take in as many carbs as i usually would when lifting?

I would just eat normal meals/snacks on those days. Just try to fit your workout into one of the 2-3 hour windows between feedings.

I follow the same PWO nutrition protocol as when lifting. After all, its about restoring muscle glygogen which after a proper HIIT/ Core workout session should be well depleted.
