I was wondering what a good post workout shake would be the fits within the guidelines of adam's diet. Today i started Turbulence training and for Pre workout I had a scoop of vinilla ON whey with about 1/3 a scoop of lemon/lime gatorade powder in 12 oz. of water. Tasted like crap.

After workout I just used the last serving of Optibol I had. So Whats a good idea for pre and post workout shakes for adam's diet that dont taste horrible.

thanks,
Kevin

Any mesurements on that combo of water+dextrose+whey?

Also What about something that is premade, like Surge or Optibol. I bought some fruit punch gatorade mix, gana try that with strawberry whey tomarrow.

thanks,
Kevin

You need a lot more of the gatorade if you're going that route. I aim for a 3 or 4 to 1 ratio, carbs to protein.
