I have CLA, FLAX seed oil, and fish oil capsules and am wondering if I would benifit from taking them all, (CLA twice a day, 1 flax seed oil pill at 3 meals, 1 fish oil pill at 3 meals).. Should I take the Fish oil and flax at diffrent means like this:
Meal 1:flax
Meal 2:fish
Meal 3:flax, and so on.

CLA seems to be a waste of money. All studies in humans have shown basically no benefits.

I think it has alot to do with the isomers of CLA present. Only one or two are really benefical but it is very hard to seperate them out.

it wont really matter how you take them. I would reccomend spreading them out as it cant hurt.

I made the CLA comment just to make sure you are aware their is almost no science backing it up. I see a lot of new people get ripped off by supplement companies so I wanted to make sure you just knew the info behind it. If you still wanna test it out then have a ball, hope it works for you.
