Im pretty sure grow is going out soon to, they closed down the growproteins website and there is no longer even a mention of it on the biotest website.

Surge also has BCAA's in it. It seems to have some effect.

Well, I was looking for a good powder which supports Mr.Berardi's ratio teory. Any other suggestions?

Well 2:1 carb to protein ratio post workout right? Berardi says 50/50 split of malto and dextrose for the carbs. So, say you take 30g whey + 30g malto + 30g dextrose post workout. Sounds good to me. Enjoy.
