Diet, Nutrition and SupplementationPost here for supplement reviews or nutritional advice. If you're trying to get "ripped abz" THIS is where you should be.
did a google search and it seems like it would be "healthier" then diet coke as it just seem to be mineralized carbonated water. I couldnt find a full ingredient list so I cant say for sure though w/o that.

That said, San Pelligrino is REALLY frickin' tasty, and it's ingredients don't seem all that harmful (minus the carbonation)
My question is does the decrease in oxygen supply matter? I wouldnt be drinking the stuff before doing HIIT obviously but if you are sitting around home I wonder if it would have any negative effects.
I know many atheletes train in colardo b/c of the higher elevation and less oxygen. I wonder if taking in carbonated drinks before running could increase RBC count in a simliar manner to help meet oxygen demands?

I think you're onto something. I can see this as the next big diet craze. Self-publish 100 page book detailing why drinking San Pellegrino will help you lose weight, shoot an infomercial and book yourself on Oprah. It can't fail!
Yeah I've seen your san pelegrino yesterday in the store behind the corner. It's rather cheap here: 1€ for 2 0.5L bottles. Spa, Evian and vittel are all the same ... Funny I remember something stupid from mtv: it was the fabulous live of cameron diaz or something and they were all like 'she washes her face with evian!!!' I didn't understand what was so special bout that then hehe
