Didn't know where to post this so I posted it here.

I'm going to the doctor for a cold and thought it might be a good opportunity to setup a blood test. What things should I get tested for?

Wink

Pulse...?

How old are you? I think risks are associated with age and, in some cases, possibly race...?

Sorry... whenever I've asked my doctor about doing T-levels, he always asks if I still have lead in my pencil. If I say "yes," he doesn't want to do it (not that he wouldn't if I insisted). I've never had it tested.

I had my Doc check for T-levels. I am sure the Doc will know what to test for. One thing from a nutrition point of view to check for is cholesterol.

The doctor said that we'll test for iron deficiency before testosterone levels to see if that's the cause of my low energy levels.

I had the same problem a while back, low energy. Turns out it was because I was exercising too much and not eating enough. This was about 5 months ago. Since then I did a mass bulking cycle consuming 3000-3200 caloires a day. My energy levels went back to normal and I finally gained weight...18lbs in 4 months.

That might be why I have little lower energy levels than usual but normally, even when I was younger, I always had low energey levels... Any other ideas?
