I know that Johnka reviewed these bars and said that they're good for the first meal after your PWO shake but how would the bar rate at other times during the day?

If I am not mistaken, they contain HFCS and around 30g of sugar. The only time you would want to have one is if you for some reason cant have your normal PWO shake/meal. If you do choose to try one, have it PWO. I did this a while ago when I was on vacation cus I didnt bring whey with me. The chocolate chip cookie dough flavor is very tasty.
