Anyone have a good meal planner, just something you would use to write out your meals for the week? I'm sure I could just use a journal or something, but was curious if anyone had something already set up? Thanks!

You can use www.fitday.com for it. You can enter meals for future days.

Yeah, I thought about that. I guess I want something that I can write down or print out so I can have it with me. I think I'm probably just being a priss about it....

I used to have a program on my computer that would let you put in recipes, make out menus and even print you out a list of groceries. I loved it, but I lost it when my laptop crashed. Here's a link to something that might help:
Mastercook

Actually, now that I've thought about it, I had the old 3.1 version of this program. Still thought it was great. I'll have to get this one and check it out.

Picked up the program Mastercook 8.0. Got it from Best Buy for about $20. Its a pretty good program. I like it. It has about 10 cookbooks in it and you can put your own recipes in it. It does have a nutritional analyzer so it'll tell you the breakdown of the recipes. It'll even print you up a shopping list on paper or your PDA. Hate to make this sound like an infomercial, but Emartin, had me thinking about how much I liked my other Mastercook program. It was in the old 3.1 version of windows, LOL. Hope this helps.

Thanks MD, I think that's exactly what I'm looking for. I'll check it out right now.
