Ok, i've recently found a yogurt I really enjoy, and could basically eat all the time.
Below is the nutritional info:

Now, to me this looks great (clean carbs), and could be eaten anytime of the day (except maybe at night - too many carbs) any comments? Anything i'm missing? or should think about when adding this to my daily food intake?

I would probably use it pre or post workout. You would have to find the GI to really know.
Littlewolf, not everything that isn't fiber is sugar. Complex carbs are made up of a bunch of sugar molecules that are together. As long as it isn't a simple sugar it is just listed as a carb.
