So i dont eat sea food, and i barely eat meat. Red meat im not a great fan of and chicken is ok every now and then. Is there anything i can replace sea food with? I can eat meat and chicken it just doesnt taste the greatest with me. ANY SUGGESTIONS

just anything to be honest, im trying to follow a diet plan. But it had a lot of fish, is there anything close that i can replace it with?

Hmmm, well, if you hunt down some good chicken and beef recipes, perhaps that focus on herbs/spices, etc. you might be able to handle those s protein replacements... and then buy yourself some fish oil capsules.

Seriously, check out Johnka's "Gourmet Nutrition" e-book at John Berardi's site. It's got a TON of great recipes for all sorts of meats... makes the repetition of chicken/beef/chicken/beef much more palatable.

If you like chicken/turkey those are good options.

You may also try some tofu.

Chera, you could continue eating chicken breasts (in various forms), and add fish oil caps for the EPA+DHA benefits.
