hey guys i now have my perfect workout i now wish to have a diet to accompany it!i am looking for a diet that will let me reduce fat while still increasing mass, i am looking to gain alot of weight so anyone have any ideas?????point me in the right direction!

Generally you can't do both at once. It may be possible if you eat a low fat diet with complex carbs and lean protein.
