Got mine at Central Market. I'd guess your CM carries them, too, at least once in a while. The guy behind the counter suggested marinating in olive oil and cracked pepper for at least an hour. I did but don't have the foggiest notion what that might accomplish!
By the way, I went to CM in central Austin last weekend and HATED it! I felt like I was being herded through the fish market area... you had to take a number and wait in a line. You couldn't even talk to anyone until you got the head of the line and you couldn't even look at fish up close and personal because the line was between you and the display PLUS they had these... thingys... to designate where the line was supposed to be.
When I went back to the South store this past weekend, the people were friendly, you could talk to them - I tend to talk to them a lot

- and you could take a look at what was available without having to look over someone else. When I commented on that to the guy behind the counter (who I often speak with), he said that everybody has the same reaction.
I'm just saying all that because I was wondering how your store is set up...?
