Like eros and Rip said, return the cell tech and the N-Large 2. Buy yourself some whey protein, just whey, and gatorade powder with the money (vanilla whey and orange gatorade is a good combo). Then, postworkout take 5g of the creatine with a scoop of whey blended with a scoop of the gatorade in skim milk or water. It'll give you better gains than any of that overhyped crap. Or if gatorade isn't your speed, try a cup of oatmeal and a banana with the whey and creatine, but you'll have to blend it more. That combo will still do more for you than the N-Large 2.
