breakfast: oatmeal with milk. Whey shake with milk
meal 1: brinta (something like oatmeal) with cottage cheese and a bit milk
meal 2: whole wheat bread and 200g of chicken breast
meal 3: can of tuna (150g) + an apple
WORKOUT
post workout: shake with water, 30g whey, 40g dextrose, 30g malto
meal 4: dinner mostly chicken or lean meat with potatoes or pasta and tomatoes
meal 5 (before bed): 300g of something like cottage cheese: 36g prot, 4g carbs.


Supplements i take through the day: 6g CLA, 300 mg R-ala, fish oil caps (5g), swole v2, multivit from AST

Looks pretty decent but I would try to add more veggies. Also, maybe some more healthy fats like natty pb(try before bed), almonds(a good additon to meal 4), oilve oil, flax, etc.
