Like RipStone said, PWO is generally the best time to take the creatine, especially if you take a PWO shake with some simple carbs. Your muscles are taking in the most nutrients PWO, so adding the creatine then will potentially lead to the greatest muscle uptake. On recovery days, having it in the morning is generally considered best, also because muscles are taking in the most nutrients (after overnight fasting). Take it in a hot liquid (green tea is perfect) to ensure it dissolves. Don't bother with loading or cycling, it's unnecessary. Just take 5g consistently every day.
