A friend of mine has been raving about micronized stuff, like creatine and glutamine. Any info on this?

I use micronized creatine. It dissolves better in liquid and digests better (some people don't have a problem with the regular kind, but I did).

Micronize:To reduce to particles that are only a few microns in diameter.

The only difference should be the size of the creatine particle. Also, make sure the bottle has the Creapure Logo on it.

CREAPURE complies with the expected FDA standard for dietary supplement Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
