have just read that it helps to start mobilise fat, and is beneficial for endurance sports.

my routine revolves around doing swimming, running or cycling for at least 1hr 6 days a week.

any opinions on carnitine? would it help me reduce my bf%? is it a placebo?

any user advice would be greatfully received

From everything I've read, and from the people I know that are "on it", I'd say that if it makes any difference at all, it's not noticable.

I'd say forget it! (Plus it's expensive!)

Well, Ide say try the liqiud ones. Give it a shot and see, because I have had friends who used it, and it work well.
