Try this first.

Second you'll need to know where your body fat is now to know if you are heading in the right direction.

Third, what is your workout like?

I did read Tony's thread. In fact I was the first to respond. And while I was breaking Tony's balls (in a good way) about that I agree with Fish. A 15 year old that can't spell simple words (as you can see in his post) is sad. Which also leads to his poor grammer. Which will probably lead to poor comprehension, so he may not be able to understand what is on the links you sent him.

yo, yes we are. What difference does your score on a test make if you can't put it to use? At least make an effort man.

damn man you must be pretty smart you know the definition of a percentile !

thanks for clearing that up for us ! And percentile scores are relative so it doesn't say shit. Hell it could be that 95% flunked the SAT.
/ironic mode off

you need to eat more, very simple! And special K must be replaced by oatmeal + you'll need protein in the moning !

Dude we all get trashed on if we constantly spell things wrong, or use all caps, or whatever else you can think of. Don't take it personally.
Oh, and don't tell us to shut up either. Because if we all did that, who would anyone get their advice from? You? I didn't think so.

You people are all gay for messing with this kid that simply wants some advice. Go somewhere else with all that BS.

Fender, here's an attempt at real advice, although I'm not an expert.
You need more protein, period. Pass on the Special K; eros' suggestion of oatmeal would be a great replacement. Try eating some eggs in the morning, or invest in some protein powder and add that to the oats. In the afternoon, maybe some cottage cheese for a snack with some nuts in it, or some tuna/salmon. Make sure your dinner has a decent amount of protein as well, i.e. some type of meat with the pasta (hot dogs are just nasty, though).
The weekend snapples and pizza aren't going to help either, but its up to you whether you're willing to give them up. And ditch the soda (sprit=sprite?). It's caffeine free, so I can't see it being a caffeine fix for you, so just pass on it. Water will do much more for you than that carbonated sugar crap.

well actually I wasn't flaming and I even gave some advice ... Comparing my grades to yours would be kinda weird since our rating system in Belgium is totally different. And it doesn't matter anyway.

You'll need to eat more: 6 small meals through the day and make sure every meal has protein in it.
Breakfast is important, should be your biggest meal, and the sugars in Special K won't do.
Water is the fluid you need so make sure you drink enough I think a gallon a day ? dno 4 liters will do and I think that is a gallon

thanks you for all the people that actually gave me advice, thank you pitbull for having my back.

now back to the topic
i tyr to eat 5 meals a day but when im suppose to eat my second meal i am in school, so the only thing the have in school is apples, total(kinda like special K) bagels, and muffins so which one of out these should i try eating? besides that on the weekend i am out with my friends all the time, in my town there is a mcdonald, which i stoped eating, a pizza place, stopped that too, chinese, sushi, and subway, so i eat at subway. and also i am a kid when can i have a break from the diet every week once a week, every two weeks, once a month??? and by the way is this diet good to get "ripped" as some would say?

thanks in advence for any help

No, the diet you are on now is not good to get ripped. Are you allowed to bring food to school? I'm in school all day too and the food they have is not good at all, so I make a sandwich at home and bring that. It's usually chicken on whole grain bread. But you can just bring something easier like almonds/walnuts, but make sure you have some protein with that.
About the weekends, I think I've heard that sushi is actually good for you. At least certain types anyway, so if you like sushi maybe try that out. Otherwise look at Subway for the meal with the most protein, least fat and least carbs (because the fats and carbs in their sandwiches will probably not be 'clean').
You asked when you can have a break from the diet, have it whenever you want, but know that the more often you stray from the good foods the less chance you're going to have of getting 'ripped'.

Prepare some tuna at home and bring it, you can bring it in a container if you don't want it as a sandwich and just eat it with a fork. Or if you don't mind eating cold meat cook up some chicken and bring that. I've brought cottage cheese in a container to school before, but I think that should be kept cold like in a fridge or something so really that's up to you. I don't know what you like or have available, and I don't know how you eat at school (sitting down at a table in the cafeteria or standing at your locker, etc.) so I really can't tell you what to eat. Read up and get to know what kinds of food are good for you, what each contain, and what you need. Then make your own decisions based on that.
