Question

Here is the link to Chris Shugart's latest experiment: The Velocity Diet

I guess I'm curious as to how healthy this is. It's certainly interesting, but given T-Nation's track record of only posting things that promote their products, I have to wonder if this isn't just another marketing scheme.

Any thoughts?

Hey JC - I'm from PA too.

I trust Chris Shugart. I think he is on the up and up and I really have enjoyed reading his blog entries.

As far as healthy - I'm not sure - but as a short term plan to lose as much fat as fast as possible, it could work.

By big questions are when will that low of a caloric intake slow metabolism and is there any muscle wasting effects.
