I got "Gorumet Nutrition" the other day and I've really liked it so far. So far we've made the cocunut chicken and kung pao chicken and my wife and I have really liked them. I mainly got it because I was wanting some snack types of things and they have a few good things in there. But after eating my chocalate peanut butter bar this morning I can tell I have to pick up some better tasting choclate whey.

So if you're sick of eating healthy food that tastes like bark check this e-book out.

Glad you like it Charger!

The good Kaiser has started a review thread for the Gourmet Nutrition recipes here:

Please add to it if you have time; feedback is always great to have.

I made the cinnamon raisin bars and they are amazing!

Johnka,
If the whole teaching thing doesn't work out I suggest making these things and selling them on the corner next to the guy with oranges. You'd make a bundle.

Nice call - "Dr. John Bars". Those cinnamon raisin bars are a real hit - lots of good feedback
