Question

Well, I haven't been here in a long time.
I've been doing some personal research and working on a notebook about weightlifting and issues for myself,so I don't have to keep going online.Well I've been doing research on creatine and caffeine supplementation. Here is where I'am pretty confused.Read articles written by Christian Finn-Chris Shugart and John Berardi. One tells me to combine them for a stack and one wants to avoid it like the plague. So what's the verdict on this.

Last question is, "What is a way to minimize creatine discomfort in the GI tract?"

I've been mixing my creatine with green tea on off days and gotten a good effect. Now perhaps I could have been getting MORE of an effect without the caffeine... but it doesn't nullify it completely.

Mixing creatine with hot liquid has helped digestion for me. Also, the "micronized" version (Biochem's) is significantly easier on me.
