ok i am very intrigued by adam's diet, but i am not a lifter: i concentrate on 6 sessions of cardio a week (around 55mins-3 hrs). will adam's diet provide enough carbs to sustain my exercise? should it be adapted for me?

secondly where do beans, lentils and peas sit in the adam's diet? are they veg or carb?

i try and adapt my exercise to something i can do anywhere: not everywhere has a gym, but i can always run and normally find a pool.

plus lifting requires a disciplined routine: in the past when i have lifted for 10 weeks i have seen a small improvement, then i have had to stop for 4 weeks or so and it all goes to pot....

Pooky, If you add beans lentils and peas to Adams Diet, I think you will have plenty of carbs for your goals.
