Perhaps a stupid question, but I'm going to post it anyways (Only stupid question is one that's not asked right?). I'm planning on going on a 'mini cutting' stage in about a month and was wondering if the Adams diet would be good for cutting? Granted I know nothing about cutting, but thought I'd give it a try and see how it works...thus why I'm only doing the cutting for 2 weeks. I'm really looking to take my body fat down from the 18.7% it was in October to closer to 14 (and beyond)...I think, but I'm not 100% sure, that it has gone down (trying to eat clean and working out), but would like to do a bit of a cut before I get measured again.

Thanks in advance.

Chris

Thats what Adam's diet is made for, so it would be a good choice.

Thanks for the replys Danny and Torque. That's what I thought, but I wanted to make sure. Seems so simple and everything I've seen/read on cutting it seems a bit harder than it should be.

Again thanks for answering my stupid question!
