is it okay to eat/drink more than just my PWO shake?? I'm talking about a really small meal to increase my cal intake, it will probably be mostly carbs so the protein of my PWO shake won't be lost.

Not exactly sure what your question is man. Are you asking is it okay to have additonal carbs besides the carbs takes with your PWO shake. If so, I would say wait at least 30 minutes then have another meals of carbs +protein....maybe a liquid meals of whey and oats. Then (since you want to increase cals) 30-45mins later another meal of carbs+ protein again.
