Question

I'm planning on starting a bulking phase at the start of the new year and was thinking of taking the Instone Forza-T which they say is a natural testosterone booster.

http://www.instonenutrition.com/main.htm

Does anyone have experience with it? should a 23 year old male be taking it? I pack on fat pretty easily and muscle mass takes a while which is common for people who have lower testosterone levels then others, so I believe I could use the extra 'rone coupled with a high calorie diet that I'll eventually be starting.

Thoughts?

Supposed to be a testosterone booster with magnessium and zinc and trib I think. Very ineffective. If you want to raise testosterone levels shouldnt' you just use testosterone? why mess around. this opinion is not very popular on here and i'm condoning it but you are not going to raise tesosterone significantly enough for the results you are seeking and the cost of that rocky supplement. And even if it does you have the same side effects as T with less results. something to think about. mY advice raise your tesosterone through heavy weights (works best if it's multiple times a day), don't limit your calories, have sex often, avoid alcohol, make sure you are getting all your essential vitamins and minerals and stay away from soy products.
