I'm starting Adam's Diet this week and I plan to take 100% ON Whey mixed with Gatorade for my workout, & I understand that I have to drink it in thirds pre/during/post, but is it ok for me to drink Muscle Milk about 1-2hrs. after my workout, and also every morning when I first wake up and on my off days as well? and if so, how many servings on my off day?

IMO you should be eating a real/whole food meal about 60-90min after your PWO shake. Eat something like brown rice, veggies, and a chicken breast.

As far as MM, you have to be careful with it cus it has 9g of fat per serving...I know it's good fat but still be cautious. I think I good time for MM is before bed or as a meal replacement.

BTW, for your PWO shake are you having liquid gatorade or gatorade powder. Liquid gatorade isn't a great choice PWO.

thanks RIP, i'm gonna take the whey with gatorade powder...but when you say PWO shake are you referring to the one I take about an hr after my initial workout, or the one that I drink in thirds pre/during/post? Also can I substitute breakfast with Muscle Milk?

I take MuscleMilk as a meal replacement. I usually dont drink it close to my workout because of the fat content.

Well, most people are going to recommend getting most of your cals from whole foods. It's not great to count on meal-replacements for too many cals. However, MM a half-hour before your workout, before bed or as a mid-afternoon snack is fine. I suppose twice a day is ok, but personally I'd limit it to once.
