Aye, that's a LOT of weight that you lost in a pretty short amount of time. I don't know how long you've been plateu'd but give it a couple months and see if it works itself out. Sometimes your body just chills out for a while...don't force it.

If it's already been a while, what does your diet and excersise plan look like?

The top (or 2nd top) sticky on this forum is by AdamCambell and is called something like "Additional Explication for Adams diet". A few posts down in the thread someone copied the actual diet. I've you've been following clean eating it shouldnt be hard. It might also be a time to look at your workouts/etc, probably thus far a lot of the loss has come from eating habits. Why not post what you've been doing exercise wise, and a typical days diet so we can work from there.

That only shows 3 of your 5 meals. When do you go to bed? It looks like you *might* be on the low side for protein and your very last meal of the day (from what is shown) is likely pretty calorie heavy.

Towards the end of the day lighter is deffinatly better. Getting enough protein means that your body can repair and build muscle...allowing you to burn as many calories as possible doing the things that you do every day.

No breakfast. Nothing until 10am. Your body is in a catabolic state when you get up and you keep it there by not eating anything until mid morning.

Do you have anything pre or post workout?

Lots of carbs, very little protein. You're wasting your workouts.

I think you don't eat enough... 4 meals isn't enough. I'll give an idea how to be creative if you wanne eat when working or attending school:
When I go to school I always make a shake to drink there, I also take a can of tuna with me ... We have a sandwich bar next to our school but the cool part is that you can ask everything they put on it so for instance i always ask a large whole weat baguette with lettuce, carrots, cumcumbers, olive oil and 200g grilled chicken breast !
just to give you a few ideas tho, also look for the healthy recepts here, Johnka has some very good...
also try to get some protein before you hit the bed :
cottage cheese or (what we have here is skinny cheese) I love it more than cottage cheese and it also has 11g prot per 100g and <1 g fat
also if you wake up drink a whey shake, whey is absorbed fast by the body and is just what you need to get your body out of the catabolic state it's in...

the pasta meal is fine, I eat it a lot too (my dad loves italy and I even speak a bit of italian)
which pasta do you eat most? tagliatelli? the green one is very healthy ! made out of spinach

try to eat proteins at least 30g with every meal
I don't know your breakfast but if it's astandard cereal i'd switch to something like oatmeal ..
also drink enough water during the day bout 2l min.

well that kinda depends when you had dinner
if that is at 7pm then I don't see a problem

your work is very demanding Hmmm in that case you should up your calories even more .. otherwise you'll just burn everything of

I'm not the nutritionist here but I think that I'm right here

Here's a thread I started referencing a Berardi article about preparing your meals. Maybe the article will help.

http://forums.jpfitness.com/cgi-bin/...;f=11;t=000767

Personally I leave for work at 7 am. So Iget up at 5, shower, make breakfast (usually eggs, canadian bacon and coffee) and prepare all my meals for the day. If you really want to do it you'll have to find the time.

Here's a calorie calculator to show how much you will need to eat (it's in pounds and inches so you'll need to convert.
