How long has this been going on?

My first thoughts:

1. Have you ever had an eating disorder?
2. Are you getting enough sleep?
3. Is it possible that you have depression?

I think it has been going on since the last week or 2 weeks.

1) no
2) probably not, damn school and social life
3) I don't think so

Hmmm, well then it may be a virus. Maybe mono. 1-2 weeks doesn't indicate a major problem, but maybe something that calls for a doctor's appointment.

Lack of sleep sometimes make me lose my appetite a bit, but being sick definitely does. And it is the season for it...

Has your caffeine intake increased lately? I know if I have a second cup of coffee in the morning then I eat less for lunch. (That's one of the reasons they use loads of caffeine in fat-loss products; caffeine is a pretty effective appetite supressant.)

anxiety could be another cause.
you mentioned social life - are you in a new relationship?
it's been documented that anxiety (from a new relationship) can supress your appetite.
I've actually had that happen to me a few times. the good news is it's only temporary (couple of weeks).
