Question

As a female i have a tendency (when i allow myself) to gain water weight. I have been good about keeping it off but i recently have fallen off of my training. I am back on track again but i desperatley need to get rid of some of my water weight in a short amount of time. I am not trying to do anything dangerous to my health but i am really interested in any ideas that you may know of to get this off in a hurry. I have just never needed to get it off this quick so any ideas would be wonderful.

Jenjen,
I would recommend cardio and a lot of it. The more you sweat the more water weight you will lose. Also, try to stay away from food with high sodium, because they tend to make the body retain water.

Maybe others have more ideas for you...

Thanks for you response, yes cardio is something that i am doing, i am also going to go to the sauna or steam room at my gym. That may help a little.
