Does anyone have a good brand of fish oil caps they have been using they could pass on to me? I bought some from Vitamin Shoppe (their brand) but these suckers repeat on me all day long. Not a pleasant aftertaste.

Thanks.

I got mine at CostCo. $6.99 for 300 caps. These are the higher quality fish oil, too, with the higher levels of DHA and EPA.

They have another type that is treated to help "avoid the aftertaste." I've never tried them, but they are more expensive.

I always take mine with food and then I don't get the aftertaste.

You know not to chew them, right?

What do you mean don't chew them? Damn.

I always take them with food, but they stil repeat on me. They must have used fish from the East River.

I'll check out Costco. Thanks.

I take Res-Q 1250, minimum 90% EPA, DHA. Very little fish oil remains, hence almost no after effects. My total chlorestoral dropped from 234 to 151 in 6 months on this stuff. Info available at www.n3inc.com.
