Adam's diet followers - fiber advice

So that your face doesn't look like the icon on this post, I'd like to recomeend a fiber supp. that has worked well for me.

You can buy it at Vit. Shoppe but I am sure most places have it.

The nice thing is that it comes in powder and capsules...which are very convenient. The powder even tastes slightly sweet while doing lower carbs.....note the word slightly.

How much fiber per serving?

Thats pretty bad that the links don't have the fiber...sorry about that.

If my memory is correct the powder has a little over 5 grams of fiber in a serving. I beleive there is about .5 grams of carb. that is not accounted for.

The capsules have about half of that..per serving so I always double the dose.
