Question

I am looking into using these 2 supplements and was just wondering what everybody thought about them, if they work, and what I should look for in a brand. Thanks for any advice.

i know there is a lot of negative research about CP...
Some conclusions: causes cancer, makes sterile, does not burn fat or add muscle... definitely more negative research ten positive ones. I would go with the chromium nicotinate, this one seems to be safer. About BCA's, I would just take enough protein, which you easily get out of good diet. Do not waste your money on supplements; instead concentrate more on the basics.

I read an article done at the university of Texas at Austine a while back about chromium p. The ultimate finding was that it causes some weight loss, but nothing that will knock your socks off. If suffers from ephedra envy.
