I dont have a problem with a fast metabolisim in fact I used to be overweight but now that im into gaining muscle mass I have trouble getting in enuff calories and eating enuff meals. So ive come to the conclusion to make the calories easier to get in Get them in threw calorie packed smoothies here is one I made:

15oz. milk
2 scoops isobolic protien mix (45 grams protien)
1 raw egg
1 banana
1/2 cup blue berries
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

Now is it alright to get calories threw smoothies while bulking?

And if so when would the best time to take something like this?

How is this for a bulking diet for a 175 pound guy with a pretty low BF?

Breakfast: 2 slices rye bread, 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, protien shake (45gs protien)

Lunch: 2 slices rye bread with chicken breast or roat beef

Pre workout meal: Smoothie mentioned above

Post workout meal: steak, Salad

before bed meal: oatmeal, cottage cheese

Shake looks good, though most "weight-gainer" shakes have far more carbs than yours. That's ok, though. You've got plenty of protein and good fat. Good choice on the blueberries too.

A problem with your overall meal-plan is that you don't seem to have many veggies. I know you have a salad listed... what's in it? I'd add another serving at lunch and another somewhere else in the day. (I have a huge bag of fresh spinach, and throughout the day I toss in a handful to everything... pasta, sandwhiches, omelette, etc.)

I would not have a raw egg...there is a samonela risk with having that.

As far as your diet, just by taking a quick glance it does not look like you have enough calories. Add some veggies like RH said. Also, I would not have oats before bed. There is no need for that many carbs before bed IMO. Instead have the oats with your pwo meal and have some natty pb with the cottage cheese before bed.

Use fitday.com or just add up how many caloires your diet is right now.

Although there's only about a 1 in 10,000 chance of getting sick from the raw egg, there's really nothing of value in it either. Sure, it's got protein and fat, but you're getting plenty of both in the shake already. If you want more fat, toss in some flaxseed meal or walnuts.

Save the egg for breakfast.
