A while ago, someone mentioned a great website with a database in which macronutrient profiles could be found of every single food.

so who knows what i'm talking about ? coz i really need the site to finish my excel sheet

CalorieKing.com has great software (web, pc, palm, pocketpc, etc.) for sale. Plus, a free database for looking up foods. They have a huge database of foods.

I've used their Palm software for a year and a half to track my foods. Very convenient, as I keep my palm with me all day anyway.
