Can you be more specific? I just took a look, but didn't see anything at first glance. But to be honest, I never really did more than glance at the charts.
That's weird. It's way off in some spots. In the end, it gets you to 2960 calories, which isn't too much off.
All of the issues are in the area of workout drinks and lunch. It's like they only sometimes added and the workout stuff into lunch. But, even then, the math isn't right.
It's wrong on page 185, as well. They come out over a hundred cals short there.
Well, I just modified my page to suit my needs. I am on 2800 calories a day. I am suprised though, that such a mistake can be made. The funny thing is, there is no way to reach the authors for any explanation...
