Lou or Adam:

Do you know which book store chain is most likely to carry "The Testosterone Plan"?

Barnes and Noble in NYC did not have a copy.

What about ordering it online?

www.amazon.com

www.barnesandnoble.com (I wonder if they'll deliver it to a store for you)

I just got the free trial thing in the mail and I said what the hell why not. So I'm waiting for my copy. Is this a good book? Should I plan on buying it?

CtA, yep, you should plan on buying it. I think it's a great read. Definately pick it up...

CTA, actually I think this was written more for older guys looking to build up their testosterone through the use of diet and exercise. You know it starts to decline in the later years.

You young guys don't need to top off the tank, so to speak.

Brian, Barnes and Noble can order it for you. Might take a day or so to get.

If you're not already eating "clean," then the book's for you, regardless of age. It'll set the stage for eating and fitness that will help to KEEP testosterone high.

Hm I am eating pretty clean so should I just look at it for the 21 days and then return it? I am doing Book Of Muscle right now and I am going to need another workout plan when its done. I was thinking about doing that one. Should I plan on doing that or going into the intermediate program of BoM?

I'd go with intermediate and then advanced.. Ian King knows his stuff.

If you just want to look at it, then look at the bookstore. Or, buy the softcover version for $13 at the store or Amazon.com. It will be good for reference.
