Whoa!! 140 gms of whey a day! You'd be better off getting protein from whole foods (lean meat, chicken, turkey, eggs, fish) than from whey. Whey will be good pre and post workout but other times you should be eating. Go to

There's no reason to cycle off creatine, and the only reason to load is if your in a hurry. Other than that just 5 gms per day will do you fine. I would keep taking the creatine on an off week.
I don't know much about glutamine and have not really researched it, so maybe someone with more knowledge will chime in.
