Excellent article by JB on what it takes to prepare for a good diet. Even has some recipes from an esteemed board member and moderator of this forum.

A must read.

Thanks for the tip OldGuy! I was anxiously awaiting the granola bar recipe!

Article was good too I'm a morning ritual gal. Would like to be organized enough to prepare all on Sunday...or at least some prep work in the evenings!

I do the morning ritual too. I may buy all the stuff on Sunday, but preparing would just be too much.

Not enough time to prepare lunch with breakfast, unless I want to be particularly rushed, which I don't dig.

I typically prepare 90% of the next days meal in the evening when I prepare dinner. I don't typically plan my weekly meals out, but perhaps I should. Not that any of it changes besides dinners
