I usually have

3 eggs for breakfast and a multi vitamin in the morning

then i go to school, i have assorted nuts between classes, at lunch i`ll have a tuna sandwhich and a fruit(usually an apple or a pair.)

when i get home i have 2 servings of oatmeal, then i have dinner it changes everyday.

Its whatever my mom makes, i try and have it to be meat and vegetables.

For snacks i usually have celery and peanut butter.

My drinks are milk and lots of water, i`ll also be adding a protien shake next week.

i`m also following the adams diet

You are eating all healthy foods which is great but you need to add protein at each meal. Some recomendations: instead of having 3 eggs in the morning have 1 whole egg and 4 egg whites. Also have a 1/2c of oatmeal with your eggs. Another thing is that IMO when you get home from school it would be better to have some veggies and some protein. Drop the carbs. BTW, when are you working out in this scheldule?

he means what time buddy, not what days. hes asking so that he knows what you're eating around your workout.

Make sure you are getting a solid protein+carb meal before and after you workout. Try having a tuna sandwich on wholewheat bread. Ideally, post workout you want to consume a scoop of whey protein and some form of carbs. The carbs can come from oats(low-gi) or dextrose(high-gi). Then maybe an hour later have dinner, preferbly more carbs and protein with little fat. A good dinner would be a boneless/skinless chicken breast with veggies and brown rice.

Also, do a search on dextrose or Post workout(pwo) nutrition.
