I also have hockey twice a week

So this is my schedule

Sunday: Home Grown Muscle routine, lasts about an hour
Monday:rest
Tuesdays: HGM routine
Wednessday: Hockey practise for and hour
thursday: HGM routine
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Hockey Game: hour and a half but most of the time i`m on the bench, theres three lines and each gets equal ice time.

Should i take any days that i`m rsting and jog a mile, or something i`m trying to get in shape.

3 workouts and 2 cardios seem pretty good, but hockey isnt really grueiling cardio.

Should i take the monday and run a mile, i dont want to do it before my game i have to rest.

Do a search on HIIT, and then do that...

I don't know if hockey games are hard (stopped league play at like 8, lol), but I sure know hockey on outside rinks is tough. I'll defenitely do that when it opens up this winter for my cardio. It's like HIIT, except in 10times more intense (nearly puked VERY often last year). Oh well I don't think you'd be willing to drop league hockey for outside like that, and you shouldn't, it's way more fun in a league. And besides, I *THINK* you still do good cardio in matches.
