Carbs make me feel full.

All I see, for the most part, in literature, is how protein and fat is supposed to make you feel fuller longer.

For me I can eat some grilled chicken, but if it's not over rice, or on a bagel, I always feel like I'm still hungry.

Do I have diabetes?

Well, I'm no doctor, so I can't say whether or not you have diabetes. However I'm hypoglycemic, and absolutely cannot go below 150g carbs in a day.
Maybe see a doc about that.

In the meantime, try adding some fat to your protein. One tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Canola Oil over the chicken will add flavor, digestibility (I may have made that word up) and a good hunger-killer.

And don't worry: even if you're cutting, you need those good fats.

Now add some veggies for flavor, anti-oxidants and fiber and it should help quite a bit.

I don't see how not feeling full from protein is realted to thinking you have diabetes. Some symptons od diabetes are urinating a lot and always being thirsty.

yah, I know.
But now they diagnose people as being "Pre-Diabetic" before those symptoms show.

Those are symptoms of diabetes.
I wanna know if I have a "Pre-Diabtetic Condition"... Prolly not, but again... fat and proteins are supposedly supposed to make you feel full, vs, carbs, and that doesn't seem to be the case w/ me.

Depends on how much you eat. When you eat rice or pasta, it's a lot of volume. How much chicken are you eating?

Fat doesn't make you feel full faster. It keeps you from feeling hungry again so soon.
