this is the only thing i know about the diet i got it from the sticky

I guess what I'm saying is that if the diet interests you, it's easy enoough to follow as it's laid out: Eat meat, veggies (go for five servings a day), nuts/seeds (three servings a day), eggs, and cheese (yes, any kind) in any amounts that you wish, along with your workout nutrition. This will keep insulin levels very low, and will limit your total caloric intake--the winning combination for fat loss.

Can someone give me a link to the adams diet, I dont think i`ve found it.

That's it. There's no official link or site. Many people here have been following it, though. So, if you have specific questions, just let us know.

I was confused becasue it didnt tell you what kind of meat and nuts, ect.

So if for breakfast i had scrambled eggs and cheese

then at school i would keep nuts in my locker to have anytime between class

At lunch i usually have a ham and cheese sandwhich between wheat bread.

After school i can have celery with peanut butter throught the rest of the day.

and tuna sandwhiches also.

How come theres no mention of fruit, should i not eat fruit or something.

And what do i drink i usually have orange juice in the morning thenm water throughout the rest of the day.

I`m going to start getting a protein mix to i`ll sneak in there.

Does all of that sound good. I`ll of course try and follow the serving guidlines too.

I`m only 15 so i dont know if this diet works on teens or not.

anyways thanks for your help

-healthy fats(alomnds...unsalted, walnuts...unsalted, natural peanut butter, flax seeds, extra virgin oilve oil)

Some things to avoid...
