Are you trying to lose fat or bulk up? I am not sure whats in the Dymetadrine extreme but the Hydroxycut is pretty worthless. Some people have liked tribex and it seems like older guys find more benifit than younger but you can get bulk tribulus for much cheaper elsewhere.

Like Danny said, we need more specific info about what you're goals are before offering advice.

caffeine, ephedra, aspirin stack in a 3:2:1 ratio. it works great, but only do it in a plateau and for no more than two weeks.

Training and diet are the best routes to fat loss, but if you have these dialed-in, then the following supplements might help. I would choose either dymetadrine or thermocin for the stimulant effect, and if your budget allows you could add either Ergolean or HotRox, which are supposed to work by increasing thyroid hormone production.

Dymetadrine Xtreme (Ephedra-Free)

Thermocin

Ergolean

Hot Rox

When I lost weight about 2 years ago I just did it with revising my diet and working out. Now, I am trying to bulk and take supplements(whey and creatine). What I am trying to say is that supplements are overrated IMO for cutting. Just make sure your diet is proper. If it is(granted your working out) the weight WILL come off.

ok thank you all. i am doing a diet and fitness program. just was looking for a good suppliment. not just for the effects of the product but more the fact that i "bought the supplement and it will be a waste of money to not use it properly" if you understand what i mean. RipStone did you have a set diet that you made your self according to sometrhing? or joined up some weight loss program??
