I just found out that Tuna contains mercury and eating more then 2 cans a week is not recommended. Apparently mercury builds up in all long-living fish, but tuna is the only one of those that we eat.

Did anyone else know about this? What's your take on this?

lol you're not telling sth new, this question was asked before

generally the small tuna fish are safer (read: contain less mercury) than the large ones

Tune fish? Man, I can't spell worth a crap.

But what is the limit? And how fast does mercury get worked through your body?

Ie. does someone who works out process it faster thus is able to eat more then a regular person whom the warning is for?
