I was wondering if any of you guys knew of a listing of foods with dextrose in it. I know milk has 6g of dex per cup and that bananas have it(how much exactly though?), but what else and how much per serving? Specifiaclly I'm looking for the dex info on fruits as I feel I have been neglecting the micronutrient aspect of my PWO shake, and I feel that adding fruit in this scenario would help. Thanks guys.
